If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.<\/p>\n<h3>Services<\/h3>\n<p>Technochill provides rental services for refrigeration units, including delivery, installation, and maintenance where applicable. All rentals are subject to availability and service area restrictions.<\/p>\n<h3>Rental Period<\/h3>\n<p>The rental period starts on the delivery date and ends on the agreed collection date. Extensions must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional charges.<\/p>\n<h3>Payment Terms<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; All rental charges must be paid in full before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A security deposit may be required, refundable upon satisfactory return of the equipment.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Late payments may incur additional fees.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Customer Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Equipment must be used responsibly and for its intended purpose.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.<\/p>\n<h3>Delivery and Pickup<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Delivery and pickup times are scheduled based on availability and customer location.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Failed delivery or pickup attempts due to customer inaccessibility may result in additional charges.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellations and Refunds<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery may be eligible for a full refund.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; No refund will be provided for early returns unless agreed upon in writing.<\/p>\n<h3>Liability<\/h3>\n<p>Technochill is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure or misuse.
